Dears, we will talk a little for yoga.
Millions of people today try yoga for relaxation,mental and psysical fitness. Primarily it's true but if are curious for the actual purpose of yoga- only two words are enough to explain yoga. It's ---> self realization. Self realization is the nickname of yoga.
Yoga is divided into Eight parts or steps.l et me narrated each step by name so you can know basics of yoga.
the first one is YAM means regulation. second is NIYAM means rules to adopt and follow,
third is AASANA means particular postures during sitting,sleeping,and exercising time.
fourth is PRAANAAYAAM means UpTo some extent breathing exercise,
fifth is PRATYAAHAAR means to free the organs from its routine work or to bring them under our control,
sixth is DHAARANAA means strong imagination for particular subject given to the mind or Chitra,
seventh is DHYAAN means focussed mind towards a fix subject or topic and
the last is SAMAADHI means merging our soul with the supreme soul or self realization.
We will discuss each step in a seperate blog with reference from the great sage Patanjali - the pioneer of Yoga system some 2200yeas ago,
